If you encounter an issue with your order or receive damaged merchandise, please reach out to our team within 30 days of purchase for a resolution.

Provide Proof
For damaged shipments or quality concerns, please attach clear photos of the packaging and product batch codes to help us investigate the matter.
Review Process
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days to determine eligibility for a replacement shipment or a refund to your original payment method.
Resolution
Once approved, we will initiate your refund or dispatch a new package immediately; there is no need to mail back any perishable liquid products.
